Description

You will lead product delivery by bridging business requirements with technical execution in an onsite role based in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for Agile teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX/UI designers to deliver features in iterative releases.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Liaise between stakeholders and development teams to align product vision with company goals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related Agile role.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in Product Management and managing the product lifecycle.
• Ability to work closely with UX/UI designers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the travel, airline, or transportation industry.
