Description

You will manage feature scope, backlog refinement, and release readiness within an Agile framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Refine backlog and feature scope by engaging with Epic Owners, Epic Troika, and ART Leads.
• Develop user stories and clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Define feature visions and roadmaps that align with business strategy.
• Prioritize features and communicate product vision during PI Planning.
• Evaluate and accept features on behalf of the business to ensure product completeness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Epic and ART planning processes.
• Ability to work with architects on technical planning.
• Experience breaking down customer journey outcomes into actionable tasks.
• Skill in establishing Business Value ratings on PI Objectives.
• Proven ability to manage release readiness and risk mitigation.
