Description

You will own the product backlog and bridge business stakeholders with engineering teams for cloud-native applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to drive value-driven development.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to align features with Java-based backend systems.
• Communicate technical concepts regarding AWS infrastructure and cloud-native development.
• Drive the product vision and roadmap for cloud-based services while managing scope and schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments.
• Hands-on understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
• Technical background in Java development or experience working directly with Java engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Dallas, TX.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
