Description

You own the product backlog and drive feature delivery for healthcare contact center solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements based on healthcare workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage requirements for call center technologies.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Ensure product alignment with regulatory standards like HIPAA and CMS guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on experience with call center operations or technologies.
• Familiarity with contact center platforms (Avaya, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Cisco).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows (patient access, referral management, etc.).
• Knowledge of patient data privacy and HIPAA regulations.
