You will drive solution development to meet business needs within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose requirements into Jira Epics and User Stories, defining acceptance criteria and uncovering workflows, data, and business rules.
• Represent the voice of the client during prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure customer needs are met.
• Conduct design walkthroughs, demos, and functionality feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze improvement requests and bugs to determine solutions that maintain product integrity.
• Partner with stakeholders on operational readiness and align risk and control processes into daily workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Solution Design, or Software Development.
• Strong background in Product Management and User Story writing.
• Experience with Data Analytics, Dashboards, and UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including defining Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, and UX Designers.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and design walkthroughs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk/ITSI, observability, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
