Description

You will manage the lifecycle of data-driven products and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for reports and data-related work.
• Perform data mapping from source to target systems.
• Manage backlogs, write user stories, and lead scrum events including daily standups, refinement, and sprint planning.
• Lead small projects by creating project plans and directing cross-functional teams.
• Communicate technical requirements and progress between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Jira for agile backlog management.
• Working knowledge of Databricks and ETL processes.
• Experience with Data Analytics and data compliance standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Strong organizational and proactive leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in SQL.
