You will act as the bridge between data strategy and technical implementation by managing requirements and data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through direct stakeholder management.
• Enforce data governance principles, data contracts, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage data quality, privacy, and policy enforcement across datasets.
• Translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data governance, or data management.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data quality and metadata management.
• Experience with data governance principles and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Background in the financial services industry and its regulatory environment.
