Description

You will own the product backlog and strategy for data management, governance, and platform initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for data warehousing, data lakes, and governance frameworks.
• Manage the backlog using Jira and Confluence, ensuring clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI-powered automation tools into data pipeline development and forecasting.
• Enforce data quality standards and metadata management protocols across AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Communicate progress and technical constraints to stakeholders using Tableau for visualization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a Product Owner in data-centric roles.
• Deep understanding of data governance principles, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with data warehouses and lakes, specifically AWS Redshift, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Experience with ETL tools and cloud data services.
• Proficiency with agile tools including Jira, Confluence, and Service Now.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
