Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of operational features and capabilities supporting retail digital and eCommerce platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize backlog items, balancing production defect fixes against infrastructure enhancements.
• Translate operational needs and business requirements into clear epics and user stories for the DevOps pod.
• Plan, execute, and monitor CI/CD releases in coordination with engineering and QA teams.
• Oversee production monitoring and support triage processes for digital and eCommerce defects.
• Lead retrospective feedback loops to improve team processes and system availability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership or management within retail or eCommerce.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, translating complex business needs to technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of retail digital and eCommerce operations, including production support and release management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, production monitoring tools, and incident management.
• Experience collaborating with technical leads and developers to define clear, achievable scope.
• Strong organizational skills to balance urgent operational needs with strategic development work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
