You will lead the development and management of digital banking products within our UAE operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of products from initial launch through live product management.
• Drive product decisions using data-driven insights and core product metrics.
• Design consumer-facing products that enable business capabilities and objectives through technology.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to align on product direction.
• Execute service digitization and enablement initiatives across mobile and internet banking platforms.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• 5 to 7 years of total professional experience, including 5+ years in product development and marketing.
• Proven experience in service digitization or service enablement for mobile apps and internet banking.
• Deep expertise in digital product development within a digital banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Agile software development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within multi-channel and multi-region brand frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
