Description

You own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking products in the UAE, from launch through live management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial launch to ongoing live management.
• Drive product decisions using data-driven insights and core product metrics.
• Design consumer-facing products that enable business capabilities through technology.
• Execute service digitization and enablement initiatives for mobile and internet banking.
• Influence stakeholders at all organizational levels to align on product direction.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• 5 to 7 years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years in product development and marketing.
• Proven experience in service digitization or enablement for mobile apps and internet banking.
• Deep expertise in digital product development within a digital banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Agile software development processes.
• Ability to operate within multi-channel and multi-region brand frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
