Description

You will act as the primary liaison between technical engineering staff and product customers to drive feature implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap in partnership with portfolio leadership.
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead business needs within an agile environment by refining priorities, outlining milestones, and driving activities to completion.
• Create and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, use cases, and test cases.
• Support user acceptance testing through test case generation, template creation, and result tracking.
• Identify project dependencies and risks while defining mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate between product teams and systems alongside Release Train Engineers.
• Perform data analysis to transform complex information into actionable insights for business processes.
• Develop and track key performance indicators and key risk indicators across product teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Experience working within an agile environment.
• Ability to interface with Release Train Engineers.
• Proficiency in business case development and systems impact analysis.
• Experience managing multiple product epics of moderate to high complexity simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a similar field.
