Description

You will lead the product vision and execution for dialer management and customer engagement solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for Acqueon-based solutions from ideation to delivery.
• Write detailed user stories including acceptance criteria, technical constraints, and user personas.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps and drive Program Increment objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple delivery streams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Acqueon dialer and campaign management tools.
• Deep expertise in contact center ecosystems, Twilio, IVR, and chatbots.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing complex integrations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze product metrics and customer feedback.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
