Description

Own the product backlog, roadmap, and delivery execution for Life Insurance products in an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Execute the product roadmap, aligning business goals with technical delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain business-technology alignment and manage expectations.
• Apply domain expertise in policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and servicing.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery through SAFe frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
• Strong expertise in the Life Insurance domain, specifically policy lifecycle and underwriting.
• Proficiency with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record of backlog management and roadmap execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with APIs, Salesforce CRM, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO, or PMP.
