Description

You will own the product backlog and drive end-to-end delivery across Agile or SAFe frameworks, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for Life Insurance products including term, annuities, and policy administration.
• Prioritize features based on business value, regulatory obligations, and customer impact while managing risks and dependencies.
• Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders, IT development, QA teams, and vendors to translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end delivery through Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track product performance using KPIs and provide executive reporting on delivery quality and timelines.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong expertise in the Insurance domain, specifically Life Insurance, policy lifecycle, underwriting, and claims.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience collaborating on API integrations, data platforms, and digital channels including Salesforce.
• Ability to support cloud transformation initiatives (AWS/Azure) and automation workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or PMP.
• Knowledge of Insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
