Description

Define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities for enterprise-scale data ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption on Google Cloud Platform. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into platform capabilities. Collaborate with architecture, governance, and security teams to ensure compliance. Manage the product backlog and drive modern data enablement using GCP-native services.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and MVP strategies for enterprise data platforms.
• Manage the product backlog to ensure clarity of requirements and strategic alignment.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business lines to identify and prioritize capabilities.
• Collaborate with architecture, governance, and security teams to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Drive the enablement of modern data capabilities leveraging GCP-native services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management, data platforms, data governance, data engineering, or data analytics.
• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise data capabilities on modern cloud data architectures or big-data platforms.
• 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with data architecture, cloud-based data engineering, or enterprise data platform design.
• Strong understanding of GCP native data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and IAM.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark ecosystems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale data consumption patterns.
• Background in translating complex technical requirements into measurable business value.
