Drive product vision and manage delivery within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Own and manage the product backlog to ensure it remains prioritized and sprint-ready.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Stakeholders to deliver features.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to define feature requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset focused on user value and product performance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, or Publishing.
• Exposure to PIM/ERP platforms and UX/UI collaboration.
