Description

You will lead the Annuity Servicing Initiative (ASI) as a Product Owner, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the ASI roadmap from conception to release, maintaining a solution-focused mindset.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate priorities across internal teams and external vendors.
• Influence decisions without authority, facilitating collaboration and removing blockers.
• Own decision-making processes, ensuring proactive problem-solving and clear communication at all levels.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong background in Annuity Servicing or insurance domain.
• Proven experience managing external vendor relationships.
• Excellent soft skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
• Self-organizing and self-motivated with a driver mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Actuarial knowledge or experience.
• Experience in financial services product development.
