Description

Drive redemption initiatives by defining and supporting sustainable product lifecycles. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap to Agile teams, illustrating implementation timelines.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure a continuous flow of ready features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, UX Research, Design, and Engineering to identify customer needs and define functional requirements.
• Own the go-to-market plan and ensure product completeness by accounting for stakeholder needs from compliance, finance, legal, and customer care.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects and Engineering to sequence the architectural runway and manage technical debt allocations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in product management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Experience working with loyalty companies.
• Proven experience leading IT development teams.
• Previous project management experience.
• Experience using UX research and design thinking tools such as personas, empathy maps, and journey maps.
• Ability to track and manage KPIs including Redemption Engagement, Website Usage, and NPS.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and manage multiple competing priorities.
