Description

You act as the primary proxy between customers and offshore development and QA teams to deliver self-service digital enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Connect Product Leads and Product Managers with offshore resources to build, test, and deliver digital products.
• Refine requirements and translate product vision into high-level user stories and detailed sub-stories.
• Manage the product backlog and provide necessary documentation for offshore teams.
• Coordinate with on-shore Product Managers, Development, and QA to launch products and enhancements.
• Identify and optimize processes between on-shore and offshore teams to resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of product development management experience with customer-facing applications.
• Expertise in Product Management for Telecom clients.
• Deep knowledge of Telecom Cable Datacom and Backend Billing.
• Proficiency in Jira, Figma, and Confluence.
• Strong product backlog management skills.
• Ability to articulate user experience, technical infrastructure, and project goals.
• Proven ability to manage frequent change and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong technical communication skills for both oral and written stakeholder updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Billing & Revenue Management, Devices, and Networks.
