Description

Drive end-to-end product strategy from inception through production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate clear product vision to stakeholders, teams, and business units.
• Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a groomed product backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the development team.
• Manage product-specific KPIs in production and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the CPO to define business value, support messaging, and customer outreach.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Ability to align digital products with organizational value streams.
• Proven track record of tracking and communicating product KPIs.
• Experience translating market research into actionable technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
