Description

You will lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within an agile software development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct matrixed resources across multiple teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Elicit and write clear, concise requirements including Initiatives, Features, and User Stories for DevOps teams.
• Analyze product use data to drive decision-making and product direction.
• Manage backlogs and project workflows using agile management tools.
• Communicate complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in large-scale application or product environments.
• 6+ years of experience in agile software product development.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong technical writing skills for requirement elicitation.
• Deep understanding of platform technologies, including security, performance, and optimization.
• Knowledge of the full technology stack for assigned products.
• Proficiency with integration patterns, APIs, and protocols including REST, EDI, and SOAP.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise product delivery.
