Description

You will manage software implementation programs to deliver solutions supporting environmental product compliance throughout product development, manufacturing, and service.

Responsibilities

• Drive and track execution of program implementation roadmaps and manage sprint releases.
• Define program plans, providing oversight for tasks, action items, and project timelines.
• Lead test strategies for user acceptance by creating and executing test scripts.
• Support requirement development and assess gaps between current systems and business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with key partners and manage production support escalations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scope, cross-functional software implementation programs.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery expertise.
• Ability to manage complex activities, multitask, and balance daily tasks with project deadlines.
• Proven capability to challenge stakeholders on feasibility and requirements.
• Strong analytical, discernment, and communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Experience collecting and summarizing meeting minutes and driving project quality.

Preferred Skills

• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) knowledge.
• Experience with high-speed analog circuits, mixed-signal ASICs, or foundation IP development.
