Description

You will own the product vision, goals, and roadmap, aligning them with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria by working with stakeholders.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized and refined for development.
• Facilitate visual collaboration, user journey mapping, and story mapping workshops using tools like Mural or Miro.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product management role.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks with proven backlog management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mural or Miro for journey mapping and story mapping.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence is required.
