Description
You will lead the alignment of business objectives with IT delivery within the telecom domain.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather, define, and prioritize requirements using established frameworks.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with product vision and market demands.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications by working closely with product, technical, and operations teams.
- Conduct workshops and design thinking sessions to evaluate existing OSS/BSS implementations and technology architectures.
- Validate and accept story closures based on project milestones and predefined criteria.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, or E2E Solution Design.
- Deep knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS domains, including CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Management.
- Experience with B2B and B2C business models and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of SID, TAM, ITIL, and ODA frameworks.
- Ability to manage requirements traceability and document technical solutions clearly.
- Experience delivering business insights through the translation of reports and analytics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, or Network Transformation programs.
- Understanding of 4G/5G, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, and their mapping to OSS systems.
