Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy ● Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work closely with Product Owner (Client business team) ● Ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and user insights. ● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback synthesis. Backlog Management ● Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. ● Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria. ● Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business value. ● Ensure development work aligns with product priorities and deadlines. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams. ● Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Management ● Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication along with Product Owner (Client business). ● Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable work items. ● Provide timely updates and manage expectations. Execution & Delivery Qualifications Required ● Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business, technology, or related field. ● 12+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role. ● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ● Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs. ● German Language skills ( added advantage) ● Automotive / DMS domain expertise Preferred ● Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent. ● Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
