Description

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, aligning delivery with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for development teams.
• Facilitate story mapping and user journey workshops using Mural or Miro.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Gather user feedback and monitor performance to inform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Mural or Miro for visual collaboration.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and feature prioritization.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certification such as CSPO or PSPO is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) products or tools.
