You will align business objectives with IT delivery in the telecom domain, bridging stakeholder needs and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather, define, and prioritize requirements using established frameworks.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with product vision and market demands.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by working closely with product, technical, and operations teams.
• Conduct workshops and design thinking sessions to evaluate existing OSS/BSS implementations and technology architectures.
• Validate and accept story closures based on project milestones and predefined criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, or E2E Solution Design.
• Deep knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS domains, including CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, and Order Management.
• Proficiency in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of SID, TAM, ITIL, and ODA frameworks.
• Ability to manage requirements traceability and document technical solutions clearly.
• Experience delivering business insights through the translation of reports and analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, or Network Transformation programs.
• Understanding of 4G/5G, Metro Ethernet, MPLS, and their mapping to OSS systems.
