Description

Key Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering leads. 
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. 
Own the product roadmap and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
Partner with architects and developers to evaluate technical feasibility and drive solution design decisions. 
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective ceremonies within Agile/SAFe frameworks. 
Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product performance and adoption. 
Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance testing criteria and validate deliverables. Manage dependencies across multiple teams and resolve impediments proactively. Engage with end users and customers to gather feedback and incorporate insights into the roadmap. Ensure API contracts, data flows, and integration touchpoints are clearly documented and communicated.

Background in a Life Science domain aligned to the project. Experience working with offshore / distributed engineering teams
