Description

Define and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and KPIs while collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to drive delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering leads.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Own the product roadmap and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective ceremonies within Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product performance and adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar product management roles.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand architecture, APIs, and system constraints.
• Experience in stakeholder management across C-suite, business, and engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies and leading ceremonies.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and resolving impediments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to data platforms, analytics products, or AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Background in a Life Science domain.
