You will manage product delivery and digital initiatives within a BPM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital initiatives to improve customer servicing experiences and reduce expenses.
• Collaborate with developers and architecture engineers to translate technical possibilities into customer-facing features.
• Communicate technical requirements and project updates to engineering teams and business management.
• Manage workflows and project tracking using Jira.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Direct experience with PEGA or other BPM products.
• Advanced experience in Agile and Waterfall planning and delivery processes.
• Proficiency with Jira for work planning and management.
• Proven track record of driving digital customer servicing improvements.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
