You own the product lifecycle for data-focused initiatives, driving implementations from requirements through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-focused initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business partners and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear backlog items, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Oversee ETL/ELT initiatives in hybrid cloud environments.
• Track and report on KPIs including cycle times, delivery efficiency, and team performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner driving Data Engineering & Analytics.
• 3 additional years in Project Management and/or Business/Data Analyst roles.
• Experience in at-scale data environments.
• Professional experience within the Retail industry.
• Solid business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of SQL querying and data modeling.
• Experience with hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with BI tools such as DOMO or Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Informatica, Snowflake, and Excel.
• Exposure to data science concepts and analytics-driven decision-making.
