Description

You will lead the definition and execution of product requirements within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the minimum viable product (MVP) and supporting release plans.
• Author user stories with detailed acceptance criteria written in the customer's voice.
• Prioritize the sprint backlog and refine requirements based on sprint showcases and demos.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) activities alongside business and technology stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior Product Owners on agile delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of relevant Product Owner or Business Analyst experience.
• 8+ years of experience working on Scrum and/or Agile teams.
• 8+ years of experience creating documentation for diverse audiences.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with technical development projects.
• Proven experience within the Retail or E-commerce domain.
• Expertise in business requirement elicitation, modeling, project scoping, and use case creation.
• Proficiency with Jira and standard documentation tools.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented or Microservices development platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with architects and Product Managers to define product functionality and roadmap enablers.
• Conduct formal reviews and acceptance of implemented user stories within a sprint.
