Description

You will manage the product backlog and drive the delivery team through sprint cycles in Issaquah, WA.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain a prioritized backlog of features and user stories for the delivery team.
• Articulate detailed requirements for each user story, including specific acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and long-term release planning.
• Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding product capabilities and progress.
• Monitor product health by reviewing test plans and contributing to manual testing to ensure completed stories meet acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
• Strong skill in eliciting and documenting detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Ability to serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Practical experience with manual testing and reviewing test plans.
• Commitment to process improvement through retrospectives.
