Description

Lead product requirements definition and execution in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate MVP scope and release plans.
• Author user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in the customer's voice.
• Prioritize the sprint backlog and refine requirements based on demos.
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) with business and technology stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Product Owners on Agile delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of Product Owner or Business Analyst experience.
• 8+ years working on Scrum and/or Agile teams.
• 8+ years creating documentation for diverse audiences.
• 5+ years working directly with technical development projects.
• Proven experience in Retail or E-commerce domains.
• Expertise in business requirement elicitation, modeling, and use case creation.
• Proficiency with Jira and standard documentation tools.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented or Microservices platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with architects and Product Managers on roadmaps.
• Conduct formal reviews and acceptance of implemented user stories.
