Description

• Drive definition of user stories / tasks and agreement on scope and requirements with project and product management, business partners and experts across the organization, starting in early phases
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog
• Define and set up agile team in collaboration with stream managers and line organization
• Closely collaborate with and support project manager, project lead, product manager, test manager and verification teams
• High motivation to explore, grow and shape the area of the stream
• Professional working experience with state-of-the-art software development technologies and tools
• Ability to deal with unclear content (refine work-packages)
• Coordination with various stakeholders
• R&D processes know-how
• Leadership skills with customer facing prior experience will be an integral part of this role

 

Skills & Experience:

 
 

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing project planning of product based
• Knowledge of med-tech regulations and clinical workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in program management tools and methodologies using Agile/Scrum, Jira, MS Project or similar tools
