Description

Manage product delivery across three cross-functional teams focused on new development, platform redesign, and legacy modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog prioritization, feature readiness, and sprint delivery for multiple Agile teams.
• Manage Azure DevOps hierarchies including Epics, Features, and User Stories using the ADO Agile template.
• Translate business stakeholder concepts into actionable technical stories and clear execution priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track and report delivery status and velocity metrics within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience managing backlogs and metrics in Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery and sprint-based workflows.
• Proficiency in Product Management workflows.
• Experience navigating both legacy and modern technology environments.
• Familiarity with C# and MuleSoft environments.
• Ability to make independent prioritization decisions without direct Product Management oversight.
