You will define and drive the product vision and delivery roadmap for ServiceNow solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines.
• Use Product KPIs and business metrics to optimize product performance.
• Communicate effectively and provide positive customer service to all stakeholders.
• Solve diverse problems using expert analysis and recognition skills.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, or technical design/development implementation.
• OR 6 years as a Product Owner with deep knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures.
• Expert ability to analyze, recognize, and solve a variety of problems.
• Experience with Product Owner, Product Management, CSM, and ITSM.
• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow program transformations (CSM, ITSM, CRM).
