Description

Own the product backlog and drive delivery for global connected services projects. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs in collaboration with Scrum teams.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and demos to ensure stakeholder alignment on product features.
• Refine user stories and prioritize backlog items by engaging directly with technical leads and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with global teams and European stakeholders to streamline requirements and communication.
• Generate and present sprint progress reports to leadership to maintain transparency.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management.
• Mandatory automotive industry experience.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and facilitating sprint planning in a Scrum setting.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in API development or interfacing with technical development teams.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience within the EEV/BEV or energy domains.
