Description

You will lead cross-functional teams from initial design through to the delivery of customer-ready products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams through the entire product lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to define requirements and align product development with market needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, manage field trials, and identify product gaps.
• Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to schedules, costs, or resources.
• Make independent decisions regarding work methods and processes in ambiguous situations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical experience, preferably in Data Integration.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership, project management, or product ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Ability to investigate facts and develop solutions during design and planning stages.
• Experience providing status updates to functional leaders and aligning products with organizational strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks and PySpark.
• Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience working with Health plan Rx/Pharmacy divisions.
