Description

You will manage the product development lifecycle for marketing tools, from ideation through to launch.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs from marketing and sales leadership into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing in collaboration with development and martech teams.
• Track KPIs to measure the success of marketing products and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in marketing or product management.
• Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Deep understanding of the marketing technology (Martech) landscape.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.
• Proficiency in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Experience conducting user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
