Description

Own the product backlog and delivery for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) initiatives, bridging business goals with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the AEP product backlog, prioritizing items based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for data-driven teams and AEP implementations.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Solution Architects and stakeholders to align marketing, analytics, and personalization needs with AEP architecture.
• Ensure data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance within AEP components.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Deep understanding of XDM schemas, Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, and Segment Builder.
• Experience with data ingestion (batch and streaming), destinations, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Proven ability to write user stories for technical and data-driven teams.
• Strong grasp of data platforms, APIs, schemas, and event-based architectures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and CRM systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
