Description

You will own the product development lifecycle for marketing tools, guiding initiatives from ideation through launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals and define user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing alongside cross-functional development and martech teams.
• Track KPIs to measure product success and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in product management or marketing technology.
• Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Deep understanding of the marketing technology (Martech) landscape.
• Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to track and utilize KPIs.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
