Description

You will own the end-to-end design of conversational AI capabilities and lead the migration from legacy systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define dialog patterns, prompt standards, routing logic, and escalation frameworks for conversational AI.
• Establish guidelines dictating when to use DialogGPT versus NLP or rules-based flows.
• Lead the migration strategy from legacy IVR and chat experiences to AI-driven conversations.
• Prioritize intents, journeys, and enhancements based on business value and effort.
• Review conversation analytics and transcripts to identify optimization opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing conversational AI and LLM-driven dialog systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Kore.ai platform, preferably XO11.
• Experience designing large-scale voice and chat experiences.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed conversational designs.
• Familiarity with building and operating in evolving AI and experimentation-driven environments.
• Proficiency in using Kore.ai.
