Description

You will drive the development and rollout of intranet applications designed to support internal productivity and collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intranet applications to align with business goals.
• Manage the product backlog and develop detailed user stories and specifications for engineering teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and prioritize feature development.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and testing through launch and post-launch iterations.
• Monitor application performance using metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically with internal or enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Experience working with employee experience applications, intranet platforms, or internal communication systems.
• Strong capability to communicate product vision and technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
