Description

Manage the full product development lifecycle from conceptualization to commercialization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and develop corresponding business cases.
• Oversee all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Integrate discrete elements of multi-component systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Lead multi-discipline development teams within a matrixed environment.
• Assess feature designs using safety and risk-based approaches for medical devices.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions in regulated markets such as healthcare or finance.
• Experience developing solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts to levels ranging from engineers to executive management.
• Systems-thinking approach to product architecture and user experience.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Experience bringing solutions to global markets.
• Experience working with diverse, international teams across different geographical regions.
