Description

You will own the product strategy and delivery for Master Data Management, focusing on insurance domain requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and lean experiments to inform product direction.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build durable relationships across business units.
• Lead teams, delegating effectively and promoting a successful working environment.
• Negotiate scope and timeline trade-offs, communicating analyses to senior leadership.
• Apply sound judgment to make critical business decisions within your scope of authority.

Required Skills

• Domain knowledge of insurance and/or reinsurance, specifically in actuarial pricing and reserving practices.
• Minimum of 9 years of related work experience.
• At least 5 years in a manager or leadership role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
• Experience building successful business partnerships and influencing outcomes.
• Effective communication and listening skills, capable of persuading and negotiating.
• Solid project management skills for managing multiple priorities and leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent product development experience.
