Description

You will own the product lifecycle from requirement elicitation through system implementation and change management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases through workshops and interviews.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams to visualize current and future state processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and lead system testing, including functional and user acceptance testing.
• Design and execute change management plans, providing training and support to ensure user adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Big Data analysis and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to map complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Hands-on experience with system testing methodologies and go-live support.
• Skilled in Change Management strategies to drive process adoption.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data flow modeling techniques.
• Background in conducting user surveys to validate requirements.
