Description

You will own the feature backlog and drive software releases in an Agile Scrum environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain a groomed feature backlog for assigned releases.
• Translate software features into technical requirements using Agile Scrum processes.
• Serve as the primary voice on software releases, working directly with engineering.
• Drive product releases based on organizational priorities and mitigate identified risks.
• Manage relationships across Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product ownership or product management.
• Proven experience in Agile technical project management for multiple software releases.
• Expertise in backlog grooming and driving solutions to completion with Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, design, testing, and quality.
• Ability to align business goals and objectives with customer use cases and solutions.
• Competency in competitor analysis and partner relationship management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Experience working across multiple technical teams to develop solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
