Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs and workflows using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Utilize Jira, Roadmunk, and ServiceNow to track progress and requirements.
• Oversee electronic record keeping initiatives involving email, instant messaging, and document management.
• Coordinate enterprise archiving solutions within cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience using Roadmunk.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 cloud offerings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large scale electronic record keeping for email, instant messaging, and documents.
• Experience with enterprise archiving solutions leveraging Azure.
